When will tracking be available?
We email your tracking number once your order is dispatched, usually 1 to 2 business days after you order. The first tracking update can take 24 to 48 hours to appear.
Delivery timeframe
Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, which is 6 to 9 business days in total from the day you order. Shipping is free on every order.
Tracking not updating?
Tracking can pause for a few days while your parcel moves between carriers. If there is no update for 5 business days, or your order has not arrived within 9 business days, please email us at info@melbarose.com with your order number.
