Petra is fitted through the waist and hips and relaxes into a soft flare below. The elastic waistband offers some give, but if you're between sizes or prefer more room through the hips, size up. On the model the hem reaches the ankle when worn with heels, so it may sit a little longer in flats on shorter frames.
